New Build Modular Apartments
O:AD studio were appointed by Sevenoaks Modular to provide design and construction stage information for the new build apartments at Tai Tarian Housing Group's Sandfields site, Port Talbot South Wales. The project began with developing a new timber frame modular system specifically for this project.
Our ability to adapt to modern methods of construction (MMC) and in-house expertise allowed us to develop a new building system for our client. The units were fully manufactured off site, delivered to site by road and installed by crane. Each module is fully finished and plumbed with only minimal connection and finishing required on site.

County Flats received the winning award at the Insider Property Sustainability Awards. We are extremely pleased that this project has been recognised by our peers and everyone's hard work throughout the project paid off with a successful delivery.
