New Build Apartments

O:AD studio have been appointed to provide a new social housing development in Swansea on behalf of Coastal Housing Group.  The project includes 8 new affordable dwellings with 2 of these meeting fully accessible criteria. A fully holistic approach including innovative design solutions has been the main project driver and has allowed us to propose a house type and architecture that responds to the site context whilst also providing interest and individuality.  We feel that our ethos in 'designing for people' is reflected in this design.
